Cancellation by You

We understand that life circumstances may require you to cancel a planned pilgrimage. Our cancellation schedule is as follows:

Cancellation by Company Name

In the rare event that we are required to cancel a tour due to insufficient numbers, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full 100% refund of all payments made to us. We will notify you as early as possible in such situations.

Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to transfer your booking to a different tour or departure date, please contact us as soon as possible. Transfer requests are subject to availability and may incur an amendment fee. We will always do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items within a tour package may be non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. These include visa application fees, travel insurance premiums, and any pre-purchased ticketed entries to specific sites. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of documented medical emergencies or serious family bereavement, we will consider requests for partial refunds or credit towards a future tour on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
